Information and purposes

This website has no customer account, online payment or booking-submission form. Calling or emailing lets you choose what to share. To respond to an enquiry or arrange detailing, we may need your name, contact details, vehicle type, requested service, preferred time and service address. Please do not send payment-card numbers, identity documents or other sensitive information by email.

A visit necessarily sends technical information such as an IP address and requested page to the hosting infrastructure. Hosting and delivery providers may process technical logs for delivery, reliability and security. This website does not provide those logs to an advertising or analytics tool.

Cookies and local storage

The website code does not set cookies or store information in your browser. No optional analytics, advertising pixels, profiling or precise-location tools are installed. Fonts and images are served from the website itself. There is therefore no optional tracking to accept or reject in this version.

Cloudflare sets the necessary __cf_bm security cookie for bot protection. It expires after 30 minutes of continuous inactivity and is managed by the hosting provider, not an advertising tool. Browser extensions and third-party applications operate independently. If optional tracking is introduced, this notice and the controls will be updated before activation so you can make a separate choice.

Email, telephone and service providers

Email and telephone links open your chosen application; clicking alone does not submit a booking. Messages you send are processed by your provider and our email or telephone providers. Website hosting uses OpenAI Sites and Cloudflare delivery infrastructure; our published email address uses Google Gmail. These providers may process information outside Quebec or Canada. This notice does not mean that information is stored exclusively in Quebec.

Retention and protection

Information supplied for a service enquiry is intended for responding and arranging that service, not automatic marketing enrolment. Contact the privacy officer for the retention period applicable to your particular enquiry, appointment or invoice. Legal recordkeeping obligations can limit when records may be deleted. Avoid including information that is not needed for your request.

Your choices and requests

You may contact the privacy officer to request access to or correction of your personal information, withdraw consent where applicable, request deletion subject to applicable obligations, or request an eligible computerized copy in a structured, commonly used format. Withdrawal may prevent us from providing a service that needs the information. We may need to verify your identity proportionately before disclosing records. Please start with a brief description, not a copy of your ID.

The date above identifies this version. New collection purposes or optional technologies will require updated information and any consent required before use.
